About
For over 20 years, I've designed and delivered learning that connects to real performance — in large corporate environments where scale is everything, and in one-on-one coaching where one well-timed conversation can shift everything.
At Edward Jones, I became the first Performance Coach in Canada. A role I built from scratch. Working alongside field leaders, SMEs, and regional teams, I designed enablement programs, closed capability gaps, and connected performance data to the specific development moves that drove results. That work earned recognition at a North American Leadership and Partners Meeting, where the General Partner called it out by name:

Not because I ran more training, but because it landed.
Through Seed Leadership, my own practice, I work with pre-executive leaders — Directors, Senior Directors, Principals — at the point in their careers where their expertise alone stops being enough. Clients across Canada, the US, the UK, India, and China have used this work to build influence, navigate more complex stakeholder environments, and make moves they'd been putting off for years.
I'm both a strategist and a practitioner. I can design the architecture and step in to deliver it. That combination of thinking at a systems level while staying close to the work is where I tend to have the most impact.

Creating Clients Through Quality Contacts
A national virtual session built to help early-career Financial Advisors develop client-building habits and reach ramp milestones. Designed in partnership with field leaders and U.S. counterparts.
80% adoption across Canada; regions independently built it into their ongoing advisor enablement.
Contact Tracking Tool Enablement
A staged initiative designed to help field leaders use CRM data to coach early-career advisors toward profitability. Built in response to a consistent downward trend in new FA growth.
Leaders gained direct access to national and regional business development data; contributed to Canada achieving its annual growth target.
Leadership Accelerator 90
A 90-day one-on-one leadership program for pre-executive leaders — Directors, Senior Directors, Principals — built to strengthen persuasive communication, cross-level followership, and candor. Built from the ground up; started as a live build-as-you-deliver program and evolved into a structured journey.
Average 15% improvement in core leadership competencies within 90 days. One client achieved their 12-month goal in 90 days; their team doubled shortly after. Another was promoted to lead two larger teams.
Conflict as Catalyst
A 60-minute virtual session for leaders at 0–3 years of people management experience. Built to help them reframe conflict and respond with confidence, candor, and care. Developed from scratch around a proprietary framework.
4.6/5 average satisfaction rating across sessions of 70+ participants spanning various organizations. Part of an ongoing facilitation roster — regularly invited back.
The Influence Diagnostic
An AI-augmented leadership assessment built on the Influence Accelerator Model. Transformed from a simple lead-generation quiz into a sophisticated diagnostic experience for organizational buyers (CHROs, senior L&D leaders) and the leaders they invest in. Scenario-based questions calibrated against data from real-life coaching engagements.
In active development. A real tool, built on real client data, designed for a real organizational audience — with AI serving the methodology, not replacing it.
